The EMC Velocity² Authorized Services Network (ASN) Program offers qualified partners the opportunity to increase profitability with services by addressing all phases of a customer's information technology requirements.

This select community of service partners leverage EMC's award-winning service brand, extending EMC's global coverage capabilities. The Velocity² ASN Program is a powerful way for EMC Velocity² or other authorized reselling partners to grow revenue, maximize profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.

The Velocity² ASN Program includes two types of partners:

  • EMC Velocity² ASN Implement Partners. These partners are trained and certified to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of best-in-class installation and implementation services. These partners possess the skills and tools to offer specific EMC technology, solutions, and professional services.
  • EMC Velocity² ASN Support Partners. The partners deliver a full range of support and maintenance services. Selected from EMC Velocity² ASN Implement partners, they work to integrate, implement, and support EMC products as part of a broader solution. They provide solution support services across several product sets, including field-based warranty support.

Velocity² ASN Specialty Partners can offer additional value to their customers by delivering complete, end-to-end solutions that combine hardware, software, and services skills. Velocity² ASN Partners enhance their credibility with customers by becoming a Velocity² ASN Specialty Partner in a specific EMC specialty track such as Consolidation, Backup, or Archive.

  • Velocity² ASN Consolidate Specialty Partners. These partners deliver SAN or NAS solutions to ensure efficient power and storage utilization that is dynamically configured and managed.
  • Velocity² ASN Backup Specialty Partners. These partners offer backup and recovery services and solutions that provide customers with improved business continuity by minimizing down time and the risk of data unavailability or loss.
  • Velocity² ASN Archive Specialty Partners. These partners offer archiving and assessment services and solutions for customers interested in reducing the costs of storing inactive data.

Velocity² ASN Services Partner of the Year

The Velocity² ASN Services Partner of the Year award is presented to the partner who has achieved the highest degree of excellence within the Velocity² Authorized Services Network Program. The 2009 winner is Presidio Networked Solutions.

Authorized Services Network Quality (ASNQ) Awards

ASNQ is a survey program that solicits feedback from customers on the quality of service they receive. This project-specific feedback can help partners drive continuous improvements in their service methodologies and delivery.

ASNQ awards are presented annually to partners who have demonstrated sustained service quality excellence.
